Bend Pulley

A bend pulley is a belt conveyor pulley used to change the direction of the conveyor belt. It is commonly installed as a tail drum pulley or intermediate conveyor drum in belt conveyor systems.

Cold Bonded Ceramic Lagging Pulley

A cold bond ceramic pulley features ceramic rubber lagging bonded to the pulley shell at ambient temperature. This ceramic lagging pulley includes ceramic lagging blocks embedded in rubber, forming a reliable cold bond ceramic lagging pulley for conveyor systems.

Drum Pulley

Drum pulley includes drive pulley, tail pulley, take up pulley, conveyor belt drive pulley, pulley tail, conveyor drive drum, belt conveyor drum pulley, conveyor drum, and conveyor tail pulley. These drum pulleys form essential components of belt conveyor systems.

Head Pulley (Drive Pulley)

The head pulley, or drive pulley, is a belt conveyor drum pulley driving the belt, transmitting motor power, and ensuring belt tracking. It works with tail and take up pulleys, supporting heavy-duty, long-distance, and high-capacity conveying systems.

Polyurethane (PU) Pulley

The polyurethane (PU) pulley, a conveyor drum pulley, includes head drum pulleys, drive pulleys, tail pulleys, and take up pulleys, providing superior traction, abrasion resistance, and stable performance for belt conveyor systems in heavy-duty and high-capacity operations.

Self-Cleaning Pulley

The cleaning drum, a conveyor system core, features a steel core and polyurethane or rubber outer layer with helical grooves or raised ribs, maintaining belt contact to remove adhered material. Some models include adjustable scraper systems for adaptive self-cleaning.

Tail Pulley

The tail pulley, a belt conveyor return branch guide, provides 180° belt deflection and initial tension, featuring self-aligning bearings, labyrinth seals, diamond-patterned rubber or ceramic surfaces, and optional automatic tensioning for stable belt tracking and drive efficiency.

Take-up Pulley

The Take-up Pulley, core of the tensioning system, features large-diameter drum, heavy-duty self-aligning bearings, labyrinth seals, diamond-patterned rubber or ceramic surfaces, providing dynamic belt tension adjustment, stable friction μ≥0.4, and resistance to slippage, creep, and continuous loads 60–300 kN.
